Refund policy

All our products are printed on demand and produced individually for each customer.
Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In compliance with EU regulations, this exception applies to all customized or made-to-order goods.

For any issue with your order (e.g. damaged or wrong item), please contact us within 30 days at contact@padel-lifestyle.ch of delivery with a description and photo proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
